Fears and Phobias
Most of us have a fear of something… whether it be flying, heights, public speaking, spiders etc.
Hypnotherapy is an ideal treatment to allow clients to take control of their fears and move forwards.
Please be aware that I do not use methods that suggest that you confront your fear but, merely have control over your emotions and actions when, and if, you do.
So if, for instance, you have a fear of spiders, you will be very pleased to know that I will not be bringing you into contact with one!
Using hypnotherapy, we can explore methods of returning to the source of your fear and helping you to become empowered to control it allowing you to move forward with your life without fear.
Treatments are suitable for ALL fears and phobias, but listed here are some of the more common ones:
- Open or closed spaces
- Meeting people
- Public speaking
- Mice etc.
